Background
Cynthia A. Wilkinson is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Accounting as well as a Masters of Science degree in Taxation. She has served on the board of directors
of the Tri-Valley Business and Estate Planning Council and the Business Women's Network of the Tri-Valley area.
As a San Francisco Bay Area native resident, she has a strong commitment to serving our community.
